Clutch-Brake With Undersized Sprockets

The application for this clutch-brake required double-single 60A19 sprockets where the standard Mach III model had a minimum of 60A20.

Clutch-Brake With Pulley Output

The input to this clutch-brake is the 16mm shaft on which it is mounted. When engaged, it drive the pulley and in the absence of air, the pulley is stopped.

The input to this clutch-brake is a 13 inch diameter V groove pulley. When engaged with air, it drives the shaft and in the absence of air, it stops the shaft.

Customized Overload Protection Solutions

Friction torque limiters provide simple, cost effective, bi-directional protection of higher cost components. The units slip whenever torque in excess of a pre-set amount is experienced and continue to slip until the overload ceases. No operator intervention is required to reset the unit.
