C-Face Mounted Friction Clutches

Operation
  • Friction clutch engages with air pressure, spring released when air is exhausted
  • Torque is linear response to air pressure applied
Mounting
  • Mounts between a c-face motor and gear reducer
  • Not suitable for belt drive (pulley output) applications. Consult engineering for options
  • Designed for horizontal mounting. If vertical mounting is required, consult engineering for options
Applications
  • Connect/Disconnect, Cycling
  • Maximum RPM varies by model. Please consult the detail sheets (below). Consult engineering if the intended application exceeds the listed maximum RPM.
Design Features
  • Enclosed design with aluminum, clear anodized aluminum, or stainless steel housing
